Artist Statement

I am a generative artist working at the intersection of mathematics and creativity. My practice investigates the emergence of beauty from algorithmic processes through the use of custom code and mathematical systems. Each piece in my body of work emerges from carefully crafted algorithms that explore the balance between order and chaos, structure and spontaneity.

My fascination lies in the unpredictable moments when rigid mathematical rules give birth to organic, flowing forms. Through generative processes, I create artworks that exist in a state of controlled randomness—where the artist becomes both composer and conductor of algorithmic symphonies.

Background & Philosophy

With a background in computer science and a passion for visual art, I discovered generative art as the perfect medium to combine my technical skills with artistic expression. My work has been featured in digital galleries and NFT platforms, where I explore themes of emergence, complexity, and the hidden patterns that govern our world.

I believe that code is a medium as expressive as paint or clay. Each algorithm is a brushstroke, each function a color choice. The beauty of generative art lies not just in the final output, but in the elegant systems that create it.

Technical Approach

I primarily work with p5.js and Processing, creating custom algorithms that generate unique compositions. My process involves extensive experimentation with mathematical functions, noise algorithms, and procedural generation techniques to create artworks that are both visually compelling and conceptually meaningful.
